No More Candy

A World Premiere by Mikki Gillette

Stomping through the theatre with a scream of punk guitars comes the world premiere of NO MORE CANDY - a queer, feminist, punk rock love story by Mikki Gillette!

When Desiree and Belinda meet, there's an instant spark. The match between the two, one trans one cis, leads each to become honest her past traumas, and to confront the people and systems that have abused them. With so much baggage in their past, though, can they find the courage to be intimate in the present?

No More Candy runs October 11th - 27th at 21ten theatre!
